Abstemiously.
What is so special about this word? Remember that this is Fun Friday, so try not to put too much thought into it.

I know what is special about Abstemiously....it has to do with the vowels A,E,I,O,U and Y! So does Facetiously!! :)

That is correct, A.Marie! ...and for the record, facetiously is another word that has all of the vowels listed in alphabetical order.
